Process for Superior & Consistent Results

1. Consultation & Material Analysis

2. Technical Specification & Lab Testing

We define the precise technical specifications, including the base material, resin type (LDPE/HDPE), and coating density. Lab tests are conducted to confirm perfect compatibility and determine the optimal fusing temperature, pressure, and time.

3. Sample Production & Fusing Trials

Using our advanced machinery, we produce initial samples for your review. This allows you to conduct fusing trials on your own fabric, ensuring the interlining provides the exact handfeel, bond strength, and appearance you require before full production.

4. Full-Scale Production & Quality Control

Once samples are approved, we move to full-scale production. Our state-of-the-art production line is monitored in real-time to ensure absolute consistency. Rigorous quality control checks are performed throughout the run to guarantee every meter meets our high standards.

5. Final Inspection, Packaging & Logistics
