Mr. Jahir Uddin Alamgir is the Chairman and founder of Ridoy Group of Industries. Mr. Alamgir has been involved in the RMG sector of Bangladesh since 1991. With experience of over 30 years, he has been engaged with various industrial sectors in Bangladesh. The government of Bangladesh awarded him for his contributions in increasing business and economic ties with foreign nations. He also won the BGAPMEA Export Award in 2018, from the Ministry of Commerce in Bangladesh. Mr. Alamgir is currently serving as the elected Vice-President of Bangladesh Garments Accessories & Packaging Manufacturing  & Exporters Association.

In 2019, he also founded and established Feni Club, a Non-Profit Organization that is engaged in various philanthropic & social works across Bangladesh.
